DASH can offer advice and support for people with a disability who are a resident of Hillingdon.

We can support with disability related benefits, breaches of the equality act and many other topics related to disability.

TRANSITIONS PROJECT

If you are aged between 16 and 25 years old, with a disability, then we will be able to support you with
the following:

Advice for the young person and/or family
Help to fill in forms relating to benefits
To attend appointments relating to benefits
Promotion of independent living skills
Guidance to attend local community groups in Hillingdon

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE WEIGHSCALE

DASH is pleased to offer the only publicly available Wheelchair Weighing Scales in the Hillingdon borough. These are based at The Hub (click here for address details) with no appointment needed. Simply turn up between 10:30am - 4:00pm on Mondays to Thursdays and someone will be happy to help you.

DBS CHECKS

DASH can carry out DBS checks for charities ad voluntary groups, for the following costs:

Volunteer DBS check - £20

Employees DBS check - £75

HELP4HILLINGDON
