DASH aims to promote independence and provide individuals with the skills to become more confident in every day life. At the same time allowing them to be healthier in body and mind and appropriately informed so they can make the right choice to enable them to live their life to the full.

The borough of Hillingdon are carrying out an assessment of services designed to improve physical activity for those with a disability. They value your thoughts and would be grateful if you could complete a questionnaire. Your results will contribute to a study aiming at promoting and improving facilities.

The Hillingdon Foodbank provides short term and emergency food to families in the borough going through difficult times and crises. The Hillingdon Food Bank is built on Compassion, Integrity and commitment to restore dignity and give hope. It was the first Food Bank in London when it was launched in 2009.

As of January 2013, Hillingdon Foodbank has given food supplies to more than 1800 adults and children in Hillingdon.

TCES

DASH is an Accredited Retailer for the Transforming Community Equipment Services (TCES). As TCES Accredited Retailers we will be dispensing prescriptions for equipment and retailing smaller aids and adaptations.
